When it was first invented they were only selling 9 drinks a day 1886.

I think Coke is better because they out sell Pepsi and have been around for a longer period of time then Pepsi has by 75 years. I like the taste of Coke better then Pepsi as well. Pepsi has always Marketed itself on it's similar taste to Coke where as Coke has worked hard to go from selling 9 drinks a day in 1886 to selling 1.7 billion drinks a day in 2011.
